The First Day of School

Today's the first day of school,

for today only, the teachers rule.
they give us homework and a lot too,
as if they're saying, ' haha, for you! '
Today's a really happy day,
we finally meet again after a holiday.
I see a new person, a new friend,
phone calls arrive, emails sent.
Today's the first day of school,
its an important day, don't be a fool!
